Happy Anniversary House

We've had the house 1 year today. Sometimes it feels like we haven't really done that much...but when we stop and think we've not done too bad in 12 months:

• Ripped out the old bathroom and airing cupboard
• Ripped out the old fitted wardrobes
• Ripped out the upstairs toilet
• Knocked the 3rd bedroom into the old toilet space
• New boiler and pipework installed in loft
• New central heating system installed
• Electrics rewired and new fuse board
• New double glazing throughout (just about, 10 so far)
• Master bedroom wall crack fixed
• Master bedroom skimmed, coved, painted and wallpapered
• Second bedroom skimmed and painted
• Bathroom boarded and skimmed
• Bathroom painted and floor fixed and laid
• New bathroom suite installed
• Shower tiled
• Kitchen knocked back
• New kitchen on order
• Fireplace restored
• Oh, and a garden that refused to stop growing during the summer!

Not so bad, and there was probably more...we try not to think of the costs :o)
